  • Define and coordinate recruitment needs of all departments
  • Follow and support recruiting situation of each department
  • Expand recruitment channels (Online, Offline) to attract the qualified candidates
  • Develop active recruitment methods with social networks, headhunting
  • Build and develop talent pools, maintain relationship with potential candidates


  • Analyze the training needs to propose the annual Training Plan and budget
    Monitor the Training plan within the approved budget
  • Ensure the timely and accurate update of the Training plan with Department Leaders on monthly/quarterly basis
  • Internal sharing workshops: coordinate with Line Managers and internal trainers to collect
  • materials and give inputs in order to ensure the quality and efficiency
  • External training courses: Search, evaluate, and select external trainers / agencies to provide appropriate training programs


  • Coordinate with incharge team to implement internal activities
  • Plan and Implement entertainment activities for internal employee (Company trip, Team building,…)
  • Responsible for notifying employees about any change in the company

Office Administration

  • Supervise office daily operations
  • Accounting process: process expenses, invoices, cash management, filing documentation, support/coordinate with accounting department
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 year experienced in relevant position
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Good ability to communicate, interact with departments
  • Being creative, innovative, proactive
  • High responsibility & Result orientation
