Job Descriptions

  • Contacting with HR Manager to update current situation of managers at stores.
  • Making report related to changes of managers at stores (Manager Report, Organization Chart & Directory Report, Promotion & Transfer Report, Historical Report).
  • Supporting team to organize activities to assess talent sources (e.g. Accessment Center, Leadership Talent Review, etc.); or to organize workshop for employees.
  • Supporting to translate Competency Profile, update Profile of Managers, Senior Managers.
  • Admin tasks: Stationary/ F&B ordering, record-keeping, prepare payment requests, etc.
  • Other tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Sophomore or Junior students.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, fast learner.
  • Good skill at Excel, Power Point.
  • Good command in English in both written and spoken.
  • Knowing Photoshop or infographic is preferred.


  • Have more experience in HR.
  • Parking free.
  • Allowances.
