Job Descriptions

• To calculate the monthly payroll and process the payments of salary , PIT, SHUI.
• To do PIT code & tax dependents registration and make the PIT finalization, issue PIT invoices and income letter for employees,
• To be in charge of Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) registration and reports including making SHUI reports, social insurance benefits, social insurance book and other related SHUI issues.
• To follow up the extra health care insurance.
• To update and manage annual leave, sick leave, and overtime… for staffs.
• To maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• To prepare the labor contract, service contract, annex and follow up the renewal of labor contract or annex.
• To complete the exit procedure.
• To prepare the letters on salary increase, promotion, transferring, warning letter, certificate of employment and other related HR letters and documents.
• To play a part as coordinator for labor discipline processing
• To provide and prepare the necessary reports/statistics.
• To carry out the implementation of the company policies, and procedure
• To liaise with government departments to arrange Insurance, Work Visa, Work Permit, Residence Card, License for foreign employees.
• To assist in the recruitment activities when necessary.
• To coordinate in event organization when necessary.
• To keep good records of the personnel profiles.
• All other related tasks as assigned by HRM & BOD

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Business, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Experience in C&B activities at least 1 year or above.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations, employment relations & HR practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, orally and writing alike.
• People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skill, result focus
• Ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization.
