Job Description

  • Responsible for general HR strategy & programs including policy & employment law compliance, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training development and performance management.
  • Support recruitment process & activities.
  • Daily operation management of HR Dept.
  • Improve & encourage internal communication.
  • Be the one that every employee feels free to ask for help, advice or just to find a story that motivates them.
  • Report to: HR Manager, Division Head (MD) and President

Job Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years experience as HR general or related position.
  • Have experience in IT & Technology or Market Research fields would be a big plus.
  • Speak and write well in English, especially for well working with foreign staffs.
  • Have HR experience with medium and large-size company (from 100 staffs and up)
  • Any other experience to prove that you can do well the job.
