Job Description

  • Assemble personnel and benefits files (and maintain these files, and keep them up to date)
  • File paperwork into confidential personnel and l benefits files
  • Enter data into spreadsheets or databases
  • Makes copies of HR paperwork as needed
  • Assist HR task and Admin task
  • Support welcoming guests and other office administration tasks

Job Requirements

  • written and oral communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)
  • Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people customer service skills
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
