- Assemble personnel and benefits files (and maintain these files, and keep them up to date)
- File paperwork into confidential personnel and l benefits files
- Enter data into spreadsheets or databases
- Makes copies of HR paperwork as needed
- Assist HR task and Admin task
- Support welcoming guests and other office administration tasks
- written and oral communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)
- Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people customer service skills
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
