- Be responsible for attendance report, OT registration and control all kind of leaves of all employees
- Be responsible for processing social insurance, benefits ;reimbursements, Control maternity list, monthly report to SI office
- Prepare labor contract for employee. Execute resignation process, termination decision, dismissal.
- Coordinate, guide line, and manage yearly/ mid-year Appraisal performance from all dept.
- Manage employee data & make report monthly
- Register PIT code, register staff’s dependants for deduct PIT
- Guideline and process claim procedure related to health insurance, accident insurance.

- Minimum 1 to 3 year experiences in C&B, especially in insurance and time attendance in foreign company. Company in FMCG industry is preferable
- Working hour: from Monday to Friday; Annual leave: 12 days /year, extra 2-3 days after 2 working years. (Free lunch served at Company canteen, tea-break…)
