Recruitment

  • Performing recruitment procedure: post job advertisement, screen CVs, interview and offer for successful candidates
  • Manage and develop potential talent networks, candidate database
  • PR company image on the labor market.
  • Take part in recruitment activities such as job fair, career day, seminar and deploy recruitment channels to ensure human resources for company at all time
  • Build relationship with agencies, universities, schools for the purpose of attracting candidates.

Training

  • Conduct orientation training activities for new employees
  • Design training plan and development programmes based on the needs of departments
  • Search and contact training agents, coordinate with them to organize training courses for company
  • Follow up training and development programmes delivery as planned

Job Requirements

  • Female, University degree
  • Smart thinking and quick action
  • Hace 1 year working experience in HR job
  • Creative in designing new ideas
  • Excellent communication with candidates and employees at all levels in company
  • Fluent English communication
  • Professional working style
