  • Be responsible for hiring new potential employee for OPS
  • Be a key contact point of HR at location to keep tracking and follow up talent development
  • Be a consultant to line manager in driving performance management
  • Be in charge for employee relation activities & company events at plant
  • Be a coordinator with GHRO to deliver service to BU (employer branding at universities, communication policies & benefits, review training plan, ect…)

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • 3-5 years HR experience in multinational companies, related experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Good negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Frequent travelling is required to understand about employees working environment and customers
  • Effective working, quick adaptation, flexible, change management, result focus and customer oriented
