Salesman recruitment supervisor:
- Work with sales team to own recruitment plan nationwide for salesman
- Work with recruitment agency to keep track and supervise the execution of salesman recruitment
- Train recruitment agency about desired job profiles, requirements to ensure qualified candidates
- Coordinate between recruitment agency and sales team to ensure on time in full recruitment
- Conduct weekly report on recruitment status nationwide. Suggest needed actions to solve issues if any
Talent acquisition & retention analysis:
- Conduct talent acquisition analysis for salesman of distributive trade channel to ensure correct job profiles for each region. Give suggestions & carry out action plan
- Conduct talent retention & attrition analysis and give out suggestions, carry out action plan
Employer branding activities:
- Conduct employer branding analysis and develop activities plan
- Work with recruitment agency to carry out employer branding activities for salesman nationwide
- Intern 6 months, start date in Jan 2017. With/without experience is ok.
- Strong interest in HR, proactive and good analytical thinking.
- High ownership and confident to communicate with different stakeholders.
