Job Description

  • Support team in storage and delivering document
  • Work with data in both soft and hard-copy
  • Make health checkup arrangement for candidates
  • Other administrative required by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • For fresh graduated or 2nd/ 3rd/4th year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
  • Interest in HR, especially HRIS
  • At least 3-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Careful, hard-working, proactive, organized, friendly, patient, and highly responsible
