Job Descriptions

  • Work directly with Management on sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates
  • Create and implement staffing strategies
  • Constantly improve recruiting processes
  • Be knowledgable about AdAsia Holdings, make good relationships with internal members and understand why people should work here
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
  • Create strong network within and outside AdAsia Holdings: attend meet-ups or any kind of gathering to create new communities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent Japanese and English
  • Located in Japan (for non-Japanese candidates)
  • Experience in living abroad (for Japanese candidates)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Wide network on Facebook, Wantedly and LinkeIn
  • Have experience in using Japanese job boards (Green, careertrek, switch, bizreach, etc)
  • Have experience in working with or at recruiting companies
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet
