Job Description

  • Administrative support for HR team in recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development.
  • Arranging & managing database and server to ensure smooth working process.
  • Supporting HR projects.
  • Generating and preparing statistical reports.
  • Updating or compiling training documentation, when needed for classroom setup and preparation.
  • Filing HR documents in good order.
  • Operating office equipment: photocopy machine and scanner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduated
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in HR is an asset but not mandatory
  • Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
  • Willing to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
