Job Descriptions

  • Receive pre-alert from agent or documents from customer. Track and trace, receive arrival notice from carrier / airline.
  • Send arrival notice to customer. Check delivery schedule with customer.
  • Prepare document to clear customs.
  • Arrange trucking / pick up cargo from CY – airport, deliver to consignee on time.
  • Billing to customer.
  • Advance booking with shipping lines/airlines based on sales forecast
  • Adjust/Confirm booking based on actual P/O
  • Follow up shipping documentation, i.e S/R, H/BL, M/BL, C/O, LC etc
  • Checking the documentation for export customs clearance
  • On time shipping management
  • On time transshipment and arrival management
  • Daily operation closing management
  • KPI management per week, month, quarter and year

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from University.
  • At least 01 year of working experience in Import & Export procedure ( Fresh Staff may be considered)
  • In Thai Nguyen office: Both male and female candidates
  • In Bac Ninh office: Only Male candidate
  • Good communication skills both in Vietnamese & English.
  • Ability to work under high pressure, can work over time and work on shift
  • Proficiency in office applications (excel, word)
  • Preferred knowledge: SAP
  • Support company’s bus to pick up staffs from Hanoi and other Provinces
