Job Description

  • Plan & Execute recruitment campaigns
  • Input candidates’ data, build, manage & develop candidates’ database
  • Communicate & consult potential candidates about best vacancies via phone, emails, social network
  • Execute assigned tasks to run & optimize recruitment process
  • Other management & admin tasks required by leader/supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience of Recruitment, experience in IT Recruitment is a plus
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to provide the best service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, efficacy under extreme pressure, discretion with confidential information
  • Self-motivated, committed, confident, hard-working, and responsible
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and web-based applications/productivity tools
  • Able to work in team and individually
