- Plan & Execute recruitment campaigns.
- Input candidates’ data, build, manage & develop candidates’ database.
- Communicate & consult potential candidates about best vacancies via phone, emails, social network.
- Execute assigned tasks to run & optimize recruitment process.
- Other management & admin tasks required by leader/supervisor.
- At least 1 year experience of recruitment in IT industry.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to provide the best service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, efficacy under extreme pressure, discretion with confidential information.
- Self-motivated, committed, confident, hard-working, and responsible.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and web-based applications/productivity tools.
- Able to work in team and individually.
