Job Descriptions

  • Plan & Execute recruitment campaigns.
  • Input candidates’ data, build, manage & develop candidates’ database.
  • Communicate & consult potential candidates about best vacancies via phone, emails, social network.
  • Execute assigned tasks to run & optimize recruitment process.
  • Other management & admin tasks required by leader/supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience of recruitment in IT industry.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to provide the best service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, efficacy under extreme pressure, discretion with confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, committed, confident, hard-working, and responsible.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and web-based applications/productivity tools.
  • Able to work in team and individually.
