We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Japanese Guest Relations Officer who will continually strive to deliver the highest level of service quality to our guests.
At the forefront of customer service, the Guest Relations Officer is the point of contact of hotel guests and Serviced Apartments residents. He/she anticipates their needs, fulfills their requirements and creates a memorable experience from the first welcome to the farewell.
The Guest Relations Officer shall be required to represent the hotel within the local Japanese community, and to assist the Sales & Marketing team in promoting the hotel’s activities.
