Job Descriptions

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
  • Foster long-term connections with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Format CVs meeting Hiring Managers’ expectations
  • Research new technologies
  • Create detailed job descriptions
  • Facilitate interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Follow up with candidates

Job Requirements

  • Work permit to work in Vietnam
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to learn technical information
  • Self-confidence and positive attitude
  • Microsoft Office and Google Apps knowledge for proofreading, editing and formatting
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced verbal and writing English skills

Any of these would be a big plus during interview

  • 1-3 years in recruitment
  • Strong LinkedIn profile with more than 500 connections
