  • Support chef and team on client projects
  • Food, ingredients and menu preparation
  • Responsible for managing your schedule, and knowing the kitchen production and client deliverable schedule
  • Shipping and receiving ingredients
  • Assist in the creation of kitchen operations materials
  • Maintain cleanliness of work station, storage area and kitchen

Job Requirements

  • Junior/ Senior student in university/college/vocational school (Hospitality major is prefer)
  • Good English is an advantage


  • Work and experience in luxury 5-stars hotel
  • Training sessions and advises from skilled seniors
