  • Performing legal research related to the business and/or disputes
  • Drafting of legal documents
  • Reviewing (including proofreading and finalisation) of employment and commercial contracts
  • Contract management – managing execution of contracts, filing and tracking of contracts
  • Manage record-keeping and legal database
  • Assist in preparation of training and presentation materials
  • Assist in corporate secretarial related work
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support (including managing of claims and travel bookings)
  • Assist with compliance related matters
  • Assist with preparation of compliance report
  • Assist with implementation of legal policies
  • Assist with insurance procurement and administration
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Law or equivalent qualification
  • With 1 year of In-house legal or private practice experience in corporate or commercial law preferred
  • Able to deal with highly confidential information appropriately; positive mind-set and demonstrated ability to withstand pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
