Job Description

  • Collect and process the store’s order to send to Distribution Center (DC)
  • Key Purchase Order
  • Cooperate with Merchandising department to key Purchase Order and push suppliers for cargo’s delivery
  • Work with Distribution Center (DC) to check and receive the goods & the invoice from suppliers
  • Maintain communication with DC to ensure proper working process
  • Input the inbound and outbound data in the system
  • Get the claims from stores for DC’s delivery
  • Push DC to check and reply the store’s claim
  • Make daily, weekly report to supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: University or College
  • Experiences: At least 1 year working experience
  • Other Requirements:
    • Good at data processing
    • Excellent in excel
    • Careful, hard working
    • Willing to learning
    • Good communication
    • English is preferred
