Position Summary

  • Achieve the learning program designed for Management Trainee, focusing on Technology and Brewing areas.
  • The program is combined of dynamic learning methods including in-class training, on-the-job training through day-to-day work and work assignments.

Job Descriptions


  • Manage ISO & HACCP
  • Manage technology issues in Brewing
  • Conduct suppliers and Identify unsafe conditions and Near Miss


  • Perform daily brewing operation
  • Fix daily trouble shooting in Brewing
  • Arrange daily/weekly production plan in Brewing
  • Calculate capacity of OPI and Losses and propose improvement solutions

Total Productive Management

  • Involve actively in PQ and APM Pillar and complete assigned TPM project

Job Requiremements

  • University degree. In Sciences (Background on food processing/ Bio technology is an advantage)
  • New graduation or 1 year of relevant work experience is preferable
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skill
  • Responsible and proactive of relevant work experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Learning Agility
  • English Proficiency
