Job Descriptions

  • Leading the local SEO Lazada team in Vietnam
  • Develop and execute the SEO strategy, coordinating with regional SEO team across all channels to ensure its effectiveness and maximizing organic rankings and related performance metrics
  • Own and manage local and regional SEO projects
  • Determining and prioritizing SEO content and link building activity spend and performance levels relative to budgets and expected monthly KPI’s on organic revenue and organic traffic
  • Monitor and communicate performance against effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of SEO
  • Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of activity in an effort to maximize results
  • Identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, page code, and content
  • Collaborate and build processes with marketing, product, commercial and other functions cross-company

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO (SEM as a plus)
  • Experience in ecommerce/retail industry is preferred (but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of modern SEO and ranking factors, SEO dependencies, technical & mobile SEO, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO Metrics
  • Experience with keyword research, safe link building technics, seo-tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SemRush, etc.)
  • Google analytics tool’s experience is essential (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Ability and desire to work with big-data & numbers. Strong Excel skills (SQL, Python will be a big plus)
  • Proven track record of business results and ecommerce revenue growth through SEO
  • Project Management experience
  • Results-oriented mind-set and ability to work independently
  • Fluent English in writing and communication
