- Propose marketing intergrated plan and short term/ mid term strategy
- Create efficient response for consumers/ customers through differentiate makerting activities.
- Control expence which are Marketing expence, Discount and promotion cost of allocated sub-brand
Area of Responsibility
- Researches 3C(*3), plans & does Marketing plan, checks product and brand performance to establish the better positioning in the market. *3 Consumer, Competitor and Company (20%)
- Coordinate the deployment of marketing initiatives, New Product launch, New MKT project…according to Marketing plan (15%)
- Execute Media Best Formation to maximize Brand Value in line with Brand Communication Strategy and also to pursue efficient ROI using a variety of Media, typically TVC/Magazine AD/LCD/Billboard/Web Site (20%)
- Manage, control expenses compare with budget by brand/variant (15%)
- Continuously proposes Brand Manager to improve Marketing processes in order to stay one step ahead of changes in consumer lifestyles and the business environment such as the better “Standard Of Procedures”, “Research”, “Brand Agency”, “Media planning & Buying” (5%)
- Builds firm cooperative relationship with business partners including Ad agencies, research agencies, suppliers, Kao group companies through mutual understanding and respect for the benefit of all parties and creates dynamic synergy by uniti (10%)
- Propose Regional Category Team innovative product concept based on Vietnamese insight, exchange the information with each countries to share the best practise. And have a good cooperation with Kao Japan members based on Asia Harmonization thinking way. (5%)
- Others assignments from the direct supervisor (10%)

- Especially has strong Marketing background with outstanding Marketing skills, research knowledge. (both product development and brand marketing), preferably research & Brand management.
- Has had significant concentration on Marketing execution from product development to brand building and has a good knowledge of every Marketing related job including Factory, Sales, Marketing Support and Ad agency.
- Has a conceptual skill to unify lots of information or data.
- Has leadership skills including the ability to manage a project and to persuade related persons and mobilize them to solve issues.
- Has accounting skills to manage expense
- Communication skill with related department and external company.
- Has a personality to fully understand The Kao Way.
