Job Description

  • Local Store Marketing:
    • Support mentor in identifying and developing plans to address the key local market strategy
    • Assist and support mentor in planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of existing LSM approaches to drive customer traffic through special offers and community programs.
    • Review local marketing information related to sales/guest counts, consumer impact, menu category performance, promotional evaluation, and competitive environment/market-share
    • Seek for opportunities and involve in the task of promoting the restaurants: special events, customer’s trend, tie-up channels …
  • Detailed Task can involve:
    • Seek for effective POSM/ advertising opportunities depending on each marketing campaign
    • Manage/ control the production of marketing material, including leaflets, posters, flyers and other needed POSM then delivery to stores
    • Support mentor in organizing and attending all events that related to the brands
    • Do market research: Prepare all material for market research/ collect and assist to analyze the result to increase the effectiveness of promotions campaign; mornitoring competitors activities
    • Evaluating marketing campaigns: the rate of voucher’s return, revenue over cost, customer awareness…
    • Updating, monitoring and developing the content on websites, forums, social media… following the brand guideline
    • Take responsibility in store observation: store service, store activities (mascot, leafleting…)
    • Provide Support in paper work and other delegated tasks on mentor’s instructions

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year experience in related field
