Job Description

  • Initiate building annual Marketing Plan for the assigned product Layers/Menu
  • Analyze and evaluate stores’ sales and P&L performance and come up with action plans to improve.
  • Propose, develop and conduct the Marketing programs/campaigns of assigned product layers.
  • Initiate develop creative, media & research briefs and brief to Agencies (if needed).
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external partners to ensure projects done properly and at high quality
  • Follow up, visit stores and analysis feedback from customers, consumers, then propose solutions.
  • Support for other marketing activities (if requested).
  • Good control on project timeline and assigned AMP budget.
  • Cary out any other duties assigned by Marketing Director or General Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, Background of Marketing.
  • At least 2 years experience of marketing in FMCG Industry or at least working as Assistant Brand Manager in FMCG companies.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Fundamental finance knowledge.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Brand Management, Consumers Understanding, Creativeness, Analytical Skills.
  • Product and brand concept development.
  • Market Segmentation knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English & MS Office softwares.
  • Good skill of presentation to big groups.
  • Be creative within frame works and rules
  • Male or female, from 25-30.
  • Teamwork spirit, willing to work under high-pressure.
