- To ensure that the sales operations plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood by his subordinates.
- To guide, correct, and control his subordinates in the execution of sales operations plan to achieve company objectives.
- To plan optimal coverage and control time working effectiveness.
- To Control the application of trading terms, credit policy, and promotions.
- To plan and control stock level in accounts
- To establish effective relationship with his accounts.
- To report customer service level and other matters effecting sales.
- To participate in drawing up of sales incentive scheme, lost sales.
- To control selling expenses
- To advise Line Manager on all matters arising from execution of sales operational plan, account development, competitors under his responsibilities.
- To train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his subordinates as well as to appraise their performance.
- To assess return on investment and recommend action, promotion evaluation.
- To follow up the development of his area potential and recommend further actions.
- To execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company.
- Appreciation of operating within Modern Trade environment at least 3 years, referred candidates who had worked with Metro, BigC, Maxi, SG Coop.
- Substantial knowledge of accounts.
- Good knowledge and application of coaching principles.
- Good knowledge and application team development.
- Have ability to predict sales potentially.
- Have ability to make a sales forecast in line with company’s objectives.
