Job Description

  • To ensure that the sales operations plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood by his subordinates.
  • To guide, correct, and control his subordinates in the execution of sales operations plan to achieve company objectives.
  • To plan optimal coverage and control time working effectiveness.
  • To Control the application of trading terms, credit policy, and promotions.
  • To plan and control stock level in accounts
  • To establish effective relationship with his accounts.
  • To report customer service level and other matters effecting sales.
  • To participate in drawing up of sales incentive scheme, lost sales.
  • To control selling expenses
  • To advise Line Manager on all matters arising from execution of sales operational plan, account development, competitors under his responsibilities.
  • To train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his subordinates as well as to appraise their performance.
  • To assess return on investment and recommend action, promotion evaluation.
  • To follow up the development of his area potential and recommend further actions.
  • To execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Appreciation of operating within Modern Trade environment at least 3 years, referred candidates who had worked with Metro, BigC, Maxi, SG Coop.
  • Substantial knowledge of accounts.
  • Good knowledge and application of coaching principles.
  • Good knowledge and application team development.
  • Have ability to predict sales potentially.
  • Have ability to make a sales forecast in line with company’s objectives.
