- Trouble shooting the global services network, such as internet VPN, IPVPN etc.
- Monitoring and trouble shooting the cloud service and international voice service.
- Monitoring and trouble shooting the customers’ network.
- Configuration and Testing on IPVPN and other services.
- Service quality improvement.
- Any other customer support.
- Graduate in IT, Network, Telecommunication background.
- Fluent in English.
- Communication skills.
- Positive thinking, cooperative for stake holder, eager to learn.
- Can contribute to company and team.
