- Operate telephone lines to receive incoming messages, screen, and transfer calls. Ensure prompt and professional phone transfer / answer.
- Update and distribute Master Phone List, Vehicle Listing and Meeting Room Bookings
- Receive, handle and direct visitors to respective departments
- Receive incoming documents and transfer them to Departments.
- General administrative works: claim expenses, stationeries, payment, newspapers…Other duties as and when assigned by Line Manager and BOD.
- Indicate the reporting relationships, products, budgets, throughput, level of contacts (internal and external), or other scoping measures this job is responsible for.
- Provide reception service and other admin tasks to Abbott Nutrition and guests divisions as required
- Others Admin tasks as assigned
- Graduated from University/College in Business Administration
- Good at English
- 1- 2 years relevant experience in administration is preferable
- Good appearance and communication
