Assist HRBP Manager in writing and maintaining a variety of reports or queries in relation to human resource activities, including employment, compensations and benefits, staff costs, turnover and absenteeism for all existing departments in Zalo Group.
Perform routine reporting and data management tasks essential to accurate reporting and analysis
Report trends and/or HR operation issues and recommend solutions
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
1 year of experience in data analysis is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong ability to research and analyse various types of Human Resource data
Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise work effectively.
