Job Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff; answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to relevant staff;
  • Coordinate the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails;
  • Coordinate the issuance of office facilities such as access cards, mugs, keys…to staff and visitors;
  • Coordinate the whole process of ordering lunch and snack;
  • Ensure the office stuffs in good conditions (such as stationeries);
  • Prepare monthly taxi card report and inventory report of access cards, mugs…;
  • Prepare other administration reports as needed;
  • Propose changes or solutions to improve the office management when necessary;
  • Provide logistics support for the company events, activities, etc. as required;
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2-month full-time internship
  • High sense of responsibility, time management skill
  • Careful, friendly, patient, proactive, and disciplinary
  • Good in written and spoken English is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.;
