Job Descriptions

  • Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
  • Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
  • Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
  • Manage meeting room booking
  • Manage company taxi cards and parking services
  • Manage stationery for the office
  • Order office equipment
  • Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
  • Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company

Job Requirements

  • College/University graduate, fresh graduated student are preferred
  • Good ability of English speaking and writing
  • Excellent in communication
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Capable of office software: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook Benefits:
