Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for improving customer satisfaction levels and service level.
  • Perform screening and verification of credit applications (Mortgage, Personal Loan, Credit Card) adherence to Credit Policy and service level agreements.
  • Validate customer information via telephone call and cross-check with reliable sources of information.
  • Calculate qualified credit limit based on verified income and Credit Guidelines and propose to CAD holders for credit decision.
  • Responsible for system data integrity
  • Comply with ANZ policies, processes and standards and within legal and regulatory requirements
  • Actively contribute to the projects in growth agenda or initiative for continuous improvement.
  • Complete all RAF courses on time.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of lending policies, procedures and documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling a high volume customer service and complex operational area.
  • Strong customer focus and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
