- Responsible for improving customer satisfaction levels and service level.
- Perform screening and verification of credit applications (Mortgage, Personal Loan, Credit Card) adherence to Credit Policy and service level agreements.
- Validate customer information via telephone call and cross-check with reliable sources of information.
- Calculate qualified credit limit based on verified income and Credit Guidelines and propose to CAD holders for credit decision.
- Responsible for system data integrity
- Comply with ANZ policies, processes and standards and within legal and regulatory requirements
- Actively contribute to the projects in growth agenda or initiative for continuous improvement.
- Complete all RAF courses on time.

- Knowledge of lending policies, procedures and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a high volume customer service and complex operational area.
- Strong customer focus and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
