- Hunting: continuously search for potential bloggers and persuade them to join Lazada affiliate program
- Account management: keeping relationship with key accounts and be the main contact for all their needs for assistance.
- Performance optimization: to monitor performance of key affiliates on day-to-day basis and provide advice on improving all fundamental KPIs of the affiliates
- Drive all initiatives related to developing affiliate-blogger community in VN market, which may include (but not limited to) developing training programs, organizing affiliate seminar/workshops in different locations in Vietnam etc.
- Formulate all plan and strategies to develop the blogger segment and increase the contribution of this segment to the channel revenue in specific and Lazada revenue in general (with clear target KPIs)
- Self-motivation, can-do attitude
- Analytical mindset, good at numbers
- Experience of at least 2 years in digital marketing, especially performance marketing
- Sales / business development experience will be an advantage
- Proven connection with relevant partners in the industry will be highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skill, comfortable with meeting and talking to different people from different backgrounds and locations
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English
