Job Descriptions

  • Online business management
  • Planning, operating & control workshop activities of Sony centers
  • Accumulate data of workshop & customers
  • Allocate gifts & training materials base on workshop schedule
  • Follow & enhance online orders processing of all Sony centers
  • Check inventory & transfer Out of Stock orders
  • Handle customer comments & transfer difficult questions to right PIC
  • Membership management
  • Check POS transactions of loyal members to find any transactions with error or unclear
  • Support users in daily function related to membership (members, discount, issuing card)
  • Analyze data & compose workshop weekly, monthly report
  • Membership weekly, monthly report
  • Calculate discount amount and settle support amount for dealer
  • Send upgraded member card & birthday gifts to members
  • Manage and follow company promotions to prevent conflict with membership discount
  • Analyze the effectiveness of membership program
  • Training for new users & provide necessary reports to related PIC
  • Work with related sides to perform/propose action/plan to push sale in SCs

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Major: sales, customer sales, online business
  • English: intermediate level
  • Computer: good in Excel, Power Point
  • Experience: 2 years experience in online business, marketing online, customer relation
  • Data analysis
  • Knowledge: customer sales, online sales
