- Customer Service:
- In charge of move-in procedures (office facility, printer, wifi setup,…)
- Solving customers’ daily problems with Internet Connection, Printer, A/C,…
- Composing notification emails to CirCO members.
- Using Nexudus for meeting room booking and customer management.
- Office facility:
- Keep track of CirCO’s properties.
- Employees Management:
- Managing employees’ working hours.
- Assigning and supervising the work of other departments (cleaners, security guards, receptionist…)
- More than 1 year working experience in Office Admin, HR, Customer Service….
- Good communicator, especially in problem solving and decision making.
- Self-motivated and open-minded.
- Good people management skills and team player.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
- Knowledge of management principles and standard process and procedure development.
- Possessing confidence, experience, and skills to support organizational activities.
- Proficiency on relevant computer applications (MS Office, Information Searching…)
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Degree: University.
- Age: 25 – 27.
- Form: Full time.
- Salary: 7.000.000 – 10.000.000 VND/month.
