Job Descriptions

  • Support the Operations team on content-related tasks
  • Assist the team on maintaining the website and admin console
  • Manage orders from customers, coordinate with vendors to pick up products and provide support on customer services (through phone calls, messages and in person)
  • Support the Operations Manager to improve working processes and bridge the gap between the teams

Job Requirements

  • Full-time; Monday to Friday: 8.30 – 12.00 / 13.30 – 18.00
  • Occasionally the team is working at weekends to go to events and manage orders
  • You are able to communicate fluently in English
  • You are keen to learn about operations in the e-commerce industry (understanding about e-commerce and m-commerce is a plus)
  • You have knowledge about contracts and administration processes
  • You possess great organisational and administration skills
  • You are confident to work independently with great efficiency
  • You are a great multi-tasker and can handle pressure
  • You have a to-do attitude and can adapt to fast-changing environment

Benefits

  • Fix salary: VND 2.000.000/month (depending on experience)
