Job Descriptions

  • To deliver a brand partnership revenue target for 2016
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure we are constantly delivering engaging, innovative campaigns that are profitable for the business and deliver value to the consumer.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered, within budget, to pre-agreed margins, within a pre-agreed framework.
  • Monitor activity on Partnership Networks across the specified markets, including campaign planning, creative delivery process, promotional campaigns & all analysis / backend processes necessary to maintain & optimize all the activities
  • Direct account management & support in managing partners of various types with the goal of establishing long-lasting relationships & building a strong and effective network of directly managed partnerships
  • Constantly monitor performance & run ad hoc analysis to evaluate results
  • Hitting KPI targets for profitable revenue for partnerships in the specified markets.
  • Well executed plan to evolve affiliate networks & direct partnerships in terms of their results and engagements
  • Establish solid, effective and productive relationships with all partners & all third party counterparts
  • Full collaboration with rest of the team & other internal departments to execute cross-market activities and to achieve common goals

Job Requirements

  • Ability to be diplomatic when under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiator, able to identify opportunities and make the most of them.
  • Strong admin and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create strong and dynamic relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and tenacious attitude.
  • Calm temperament.
