Job Description

  • PR strategies
    • Drafting press release, cooperating with the Mass news agencies (press, broadcast, radio-broadcast, online newspaper and communication partners) to provide consumers, potential customers with information of products and company brand based on targets of marketing strategies as PR& CS Manager’s assignment
    • Coordinate with internal relevant functions as well as external agencies to make sure PR plan to be launched effectively on time.
  • Build & maintain relationship with media organizations/ journalists
  • Crisis management
    • Follow up closely any disadvantages toward company via multiple channels.
    • With PR team, suggest, launch reflex PR strategy, timely handling crisis cases to ensure minimizing the negative impact caused by disadvantage information.
  • Supporting special events and Marketing activities:including marketing activities and brand building, sponsorship, social and community activities…
    • Work and speed up PR agencies, marketing service to ensure plans to be launch timely and effectively.
  • Make sure internal media will deliver thoroughly
  • Others task as PR &CS Manager’s assignment.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Advertising/Media, marketing, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent..
  • At least 1-2 years working experiences at the same position, PR staff/ Offficer
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Good relationships with journalist/mass media
  • Excellent Writing skills in Vietnamese
  • Good at English
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively


  • Working hour: fr Monday to Friday, applied for Office function; Annual leave: 12 days /year, extra 2-3 days after 2 working years. (Lunch served at Company canteen, tea-break…)
