Job Description

  • Responsible for purchasing activities basing on requirements of internal customers.
  • Work with internal Demand Owner (DO) to determine Purchasing needs, specification, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Process Purchase Requisitions/Orders within purchasing authority.
  • Invite, access and award suppliers from tender, bids, quotations, and proposals.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing record in soft file, hard copy and SAP; including PR, SD, PO, contracts,…
  • Manage Supplier’s performance. Maintain supplier relationships and develop Key Suppliers to maintain reliable sources.
  • Support Procurement Assistant Manager in Blue Core project.
  • Update and correct Procurement Master Data (vendors, payment terms, spending …)
  • Prepare training and presentation documents
  • Attend Project training and testing process.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers and Accountant to control the payment process.
  • Attend meeting with Regional Procurement team and attend regional projects if any.
  • Attend projects nominated by Supply Chain Mgr. and Procurement Ass. Mgr.

  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint is required.
  • Experience with SAP is preferable.
  • Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
