Job Description

  • Handle student enrolment, programmes consultations and sales activities
    • Sign up students and arrange payment for courses
    • Arrange class transfers, school fee refunds and savings, assign classes and level placement for students
    • Check the inquiries, follow up company and private class payments by bank transfer
    • Introduce the company, clarify customers’ needs, give pre-consultations and get students’ information
    • Arrange placement tests and deliver programmes / course consultations
  • Handle customer care activities and customer payment
    • Handle customer complaints, customer requests
    • Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
    • Update waiting lists and follow up booking lists, do the telesales and email to customers as requested
    • Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance to Accounting Department
  • Administration tasks
    • Manage students’ documents and make reports: Visit, New Sales, Summer Courses…

Job Requirements

  • Has good product knowledge and sales orientation, sales experience, including in counselling, advising and customer service
  • Be able to do telesales, communicate, persuade customers, speak and write in English
  • Prefer Female with good appearance from 21 to 28 years old
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team, be available for shift working and working under pressure
