Benepay is a project within Evolable Asia group which targets for Vietnam market. Benepay is coined term for Benefit+Payment.
It supports HR industry to provide flexible benefit program for employees. Our service includes mobile apps and websites. These platform enables users to use their given company benefits for various services and goods.
We believe that this is rather new concept and product in Vietnam market and hope that it will meet the needs of many companies. In terms of development, we are open to try out new methods, study along while we develop our business and eager to discuss about product as much as possible. We are taking the baby step now and it will be a big challenge for us this year.


  • You will be the leader of a startup development team of 5~20 developers.
  • Plan the project roadmap, set KPI accordingly, and keep the track of the project. Set rules and policies to meet goal effectively.
  • Work closely with business administrator, sales&marketing to build strategy for a user friendly product.
  • Try to solve problem with analytical thinking when a bug or risk is detected
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Approach project with agile way where you build thesis, carry out, and improve with gathered feedbacks.

Job Requirements

  • 2~5 years of experience in a Project Management role
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Available to use Jira for development.
  • Basic knowledge about PHP and mobile app(iOS,Android)
  • Have strong motivation& challenge spirit for a start up project
  • Ability to make decisions with logical reasons
  • Ability to manage remotely. We have some members in Hanoi.
  • Good communication skill
  • Self-starter
  • Language skill : possible to speak in English (Japanese, Korean is also possible)
  • Having a experience regarding any of below is a strong point: mobile application release, Finance service, E-commerce, HR management system, O2O(online-to-offline) product, Point-Of-Sales, Any startup project management


  • Salary package: competitive and negotiable
  • Salary review: 2 times/ year and incentive bonus at the end of the year.
