Job Description

Project Management:

  • Consult Commercial team in addressing and solving client needs
  • Responsible for planning and costing for new projects
  • Ensure data collection process to comply with Standard Operations Procedure
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met as planned within agreed quality, timeline and cost

Operations Management:

  • Plan, supervise project team to execute the project and on top of project deliverables
  • Do frequent field visits to improve market knowledge and ensure project execution
  • Lead project analysis/ initiatives for continuously improving and developing purposes

People Management and Development:

  • Develop and maintain talents within project team and department
  • Provide training/ coaching to project team members
  • Responsible for building succesor

Stakeholder Management (internal/ external):

  • Manage stakeholders needs and expectations
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute the projects
  • Define, manage and evaluate vendor (for Outsourcing projects)

Job Requirements

  • Mininum 3 years of experience in project management
  • Project Management Skill

  • Analytical & Problem solving skills
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Pro-active, Self-motivated, Result-oriented
