Job Description

Responsible for sourcing, evaluation proposal, negotiation, proposing supplier selection and contracting to ensure the effectiveness of Marketing spend categories, including but not limited to Promotion, Sampling, Activition, Event, PR, Digital creative, Design, OOH (transaction) and other activities related.

  • Proactively implement the sourcing strategies and identify new opportunities for value creation and cost saving in Marketing spending categories
  • Resposible for supply base management, supplier credential and supplier perfomance for Marketing spend categories
  • Develop suppliers to strengthen the competition as well as seeking for relavant cost saving opportunities national wide
  • Analyze financial of proposal and market data, to build and maintain knowledge of our external environment, to ensure effectiveness of categogy spending.
  • Monitor and enforce the procurement process related to Marketing spending is excecuted in compliance with internal policies
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership with related stakeholders across categories to standardize and leverage process in supporting for business objectives
  • Responsible for preparing contracts/ Purchase Order, submission and follow up approval process and tracking service completion in compliance with P2P process.
  • Assist line manager carry out Procurement’s projects to improve compliance, simplify execution/ process and substance procurement efficiency.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor, major in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or other relevant major- At least 02-year experiences at MNC companies and at least 02 years of procurement experience, prefer FMCG industry experiences
  • Good oral and written communication in English & VNese
  • Thorough undestanding Procurement process and translate the process to execution.
  • Have unquestioned integrity as well as have good analytical skills.
  • Superior Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Time management
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong computer skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Result-oriented with high adaptation and capability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
