Job Description

  • Coordinate the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services required by the company including making recommendations to users on type or availability and costs (considering cost/benefit effectiveness and efficiency).
  • In charge of specification, administer written or verbal contracts and quotations, negotiate, and seek new sources of suppliers
  • Maintain a centralized list that classified according to supplies or services provided
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and purchasing documentation. Serve as a liaison for internal and external audits
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • University Degree in economics, business administration, foreign trade or relevant;
  • English Proficient written and oral(equivalent to IELTS 6.0 and above)
  • At least 1-2 working experiences in Supply chain management / Purchasing/ Import-Export /Planning
  • Computer skill: MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
  • Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure, hard working
  • Good communication skill
  • Persuading, influencing and negotiating skills
