Job Descriptions

  • Answer telephone, take and reply message, forward the calls, provide information to callers, control, tidy and maintain the reception area.
  • Welcome visitors, give them the guides, manage staff in and out office, control visitors access and maintain office security
  • Update telephone list, manage assess card, provide general administrative and clerical support, prepare correspondence and documents if required, order flower, follow up cleaners, follow up tree service in the office.
  • Other tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1 year experience in the same role
  • Fluency in english
  • Proactive, friendly and customer-oriented
