Job Descriptions

  • Greet guests and telephone callers and find out the nature of their enquiry.
  • Operate telephone switchboards to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls.
  • Provide information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organisation or elsewhere.
  • Arrange appointments for callers or for people working in the organisation and keep records of these.
  • Receive/ deliver all documents/letters/ shipments of internal/external customers at Receptionist.
  • Co-operate with relevant team in maintaining office machines/ tools.
  • Back up office team member in order to ensure smooth tasks in daily when need.
  • Support HR events
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

  • College/University graduate
  • Good appearance
  • Experience in courier or air transport industry is preferable.
  • Communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
  • Good understanding customer satisfaction.
  • Work under high pressure (require accurate & speed).
