- Greet guests and telephone callers and find out the nature of their enquiry.
- Operate telephone switchboards to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls.
- Provide information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organisation or elsewhere.
- Arrange appointments for callers or for people working in the organisation and keep records of these.
- Receive/ deliver all documents/letters/ shipments of internal/external customers at Receptionist.
- Co-operate with relevant team in maintaining office machines/ tools.
- Back up office team member in order to ensure smooth tasks in daily when need.
- Support HR events
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- College/University graduate
- Good appearance
- Experience in courier or air transport industry is preferable.
- Communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
- Good understanding customer satisfaction.
- Work under high pressure (require accurate & speed).
