Job Description

  • In short, the role of a receptionist cum admin is to handle all administrative activities in the office as well as receive and solve every information coming from calls/ clients/ suppliers, support all departments in the company.
  • You have to work with and report the Branch Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications Required: Must be graduated from university or college
  • Have experience in administration is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good at office software (excel/ word/ powerpoint)
  • Demonstrates professional, proactive and mature demeanour
