  • Leverage networking, online and possible recruiting resources
  • Interview and schedule with the clients as well as handhold candidates till on board
  • Research and recommend new sources for active candidates recruiting
  • Maintain excellent business relationship with candidates & clients
  • Help provide highest level of staffing services (quality & quantity) to clients

  • Ability to manage own time and work independently
  • Service clients to highest ability
  • Responsible to source and deliver candidates based on client’s requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to achieve individual sales growth objectives

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in sales/recruitment
  • Proven Track record in sales and passionate in building a recruitment and sales career
  • Knowledge of People Management Skills
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Time Management and Planning
  • Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
