Job Description

Talent Management:

  • To recruit man power as assigned, including positions for both RSC and Restaurants
  • To build up effective recruitment system
    • To manage candidates’ database system
    • To develop recruiting assessment tools; question banks for interview
  • To design and implement employer branding activities:
    • To find and organize to attend social activities
    • To find and organize to attend job fairs
    • To find and organize to attend career shows at colleges, universities

Building People Capability:

  • To develop and run assessments for all level of employees of the organization:
    • 360 degree feedback assessment
    • Success Profiles assessment
  • To support soft-skill training programs for the organization:
    • To do Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
    • To develop training course base on the result of TNA

Creating Engagement:

  • To develop and run employee satisfaction measurement tools/ programs for all level of employees of the organization:
    • Employee Valuation Proposition (EVP)
    • Voice of Champions (VOC)

Driving Organization Effectiveness:

  • To develop ideas for recruitment website and software
  • To develop ideas for online communication channels

Job Requirements

  • Education background: University graduated
  • Experience: At least 3years of experience in recruitment
  • Skills
    • Excellent in English is a must (job application must be in English)
    • At ease with social networking (online and offline)
  • Personalities: Can-do attitude, result and detail oriented
