Job Description

  • Working closely with Hiring Manager to define job description
  • Sourcing, hunting and developing a network of candidates
  • Managing recruitment process: post job, screen resumes, schedule interviews, input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letter
  • Developing database of candidates to make sure all vacancy is ready to fulfill.
  • Coordinating company’s events organized by HR Department
  • Promoting  employer branding

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in HR Management, Economics or related major.
  • At least 1 year experience of recruitment in IT industry, interview and selection techniques.
  • Good communication & problem solving skills.
  • Passionate and able to manage situations which are complicated and bring out solutions
  • Good MS Office and English skills.


  • Basic salary, 13th month pay
