- Working closely with Hiring Manager to define job description
- Sourcing, hunting and developing a network of candidates
- Managing recruitment process: post job, screen resumes, schedule interviews, input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letter
- Developing database of candidates to make sure all vacancy is ready to fulfill.
- Coordinating company’s events organized by HR Department
- Promoting employer branding
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Economics or related major.
- At least 1 year experience of recruitment in IT industry, interview and selection techniques.
- Good communication & problem solving skills.
- Passionate and able to manage situations which are complicated and bring out solutions
- Good MS Office and English skills.
- Basic salary, 13th month pay
